Key Specifications/ Special Features:
• Body structure: main steel structure uses 16Mn lowly alloyed steel, with 1.5 times the yield strength of plain steel. Main beams are optimized for maximum loading capability
• Main components: axle from Fuwa ( China) or BPW ( Germany) ; landing gear from Fuwa or Jost ( USA) , kingpin from Jost, valve and ABS system ( optional component) from Wabco ( Germany)
• Surface spraying: include pretreatment, entire vehicle shot blasting, priming treatment and surface coating using paint from major brands, for appealing appearance and anti-erosion ability
• Assembled with carbon-dioxide arc welders and Carlig arc-submerged welders to optimize vehicular loading capacity and anti-impulse ability )
